Spring Nature & Gratitude Journaling Workshop with Margot Lester
You don’t need to be a writer, artist or naturalist to join us. Our session is all about deepening our connection to the natural world, practicing mindfulness and gratitude, and identifying ways to show appreciation. Meet up in McIntyre's for introductions and information. Then head out to Camden Park for a group mindfulness and writing activity followed by individual time to explore the grounds and do some individual free-writing and sketching. Reconvene for final reflections and (optional) sharing. Bring your own writing utensils and journal or buy one from McIntyre's at a 25% discount.
Most of this program occurs outside, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult because of the unsupervised time. $35/per person.
Rain date: Sunday, March 26
